I love those colored globes going around her. I love marble's and they remind me of marbles.

Now to critique it. I see alot of detail in the girl's face but after the colar bone she becomes much softer. I prefer the level of detail seen in the face so next time can you add more detail to the figure? To make me happy... Also her skin tone is odd to me. It look's as though all the places that should have highlight's are darker and vice versia. I think I managed to figure out skin tone's the other day but you can be the judge of that. Anyway what I tryed to do that helped me was show the light's and dark's but not have visible changes to the overall color of the skin. Most of the time I used a very sutle change in skin color and I also set my brush's to low opacity and blended the color's that way. Then I did a bad thing (because people have told me your not supposed to do this) and used the smudge tool to even out the color. I used it very carefully though so it didn't show trace lines. And I used the blur to afterwards to further smooth my skin.

Hope I was of help. I try not to just say I don't like something I try to suggest how to improve it except I'm not alway's correct.

Feel free to check out my gallery! The Pic I tryed that method of making skin on is Kass A beautiful DJ Goddess... I think it woirked. Either way I liked how that one came out.

I just looked at your other piece and your skin tone was really nice in that one. I think I just realised I misinterperted this piece and she's acutally made out of fire... so ofcourse she dosen't have normal skin tones.. And on further observation I'm not actually sure it's got a gender so I got it wrong calling her She. My apologies. I'd like to suggest instead that you give a little more detail to her so I'd recognise she is made of fire. I feel sheepish now for missing the point. I think I need something along the lines of a neon sign... but that would kill the painting so don't add one!!

s/he's not actually made of fire, just glowing. I would have liked to have defined the anatomy a bit more, but I ran out of time. Thanks for taking the time to write all that though.
